KL 591 (dayflight) took me to Johburg without any problems. The captain invited me to the flightdeck and we had a nice chat. The picture shows the Co, the Co-co a happy passenger and MrXtra.

The warm and wet landing in Johburg showed the first impression of the weather we have the first couple of days. Rain, rain, and more rain. Very good for the vegetation in Afrika, less fun for a man who needs holiday and wants to get a sun tan.

Sunday I spent in Bedfordview with the wife of a KLM MD-11 captain who has a very nice house here. Shopping time in Easgtate shopping centre. Buying gifts for friends and a South African telephonenumber for myself.
