Due to failings from Dutch Telecom "specialist" KPN, it is impossible to read any mail and connect to the internet, from our office. As we have our own mailserver this means that we are not able to read and answer the mails you send us, untill further notice.
We do apologize for the behavior of this "third world country" organization, unable to correct the mistakes, their "Matrix like" organization makes, within 3 weeks. We have been trying to avoid that KPN would disconnect our ADSL line for 5 days. KPN assured us that once they make a mistake of this kind, they cannot stop the process of terminating a connection. The KPN sytem seems un-controlable.
Our businesess are no longer able to communicate through the internet, untill further notice.
We will sue KPN for all costs and loss of income.
