It has been 11 years ago since I did my helicopter rating, and I had the rating expire. :-(
Way to expensive to fly choppers for fun in Europe. But, here in California it was quite easy and affordable to renew my rating.
So, went up in a little Hughes 300c and had a ball. What a fantastic little chopper this is. Three blade fully articulated rotor and very stable.
As stable you can call an helicopter of course.
Lots of fun, hovering, pedal turns, circuits, slope landings, hover auto\'s etc.

Today on my way to do a keynote for pilots of Qualcomm. Will be fun.
