Flying
2009.08.22

Its Saturday, just packed my gear, hot capucino ready and up to my sweety. The Extra 300L as you will understand. Today there will be loads of flying again.
No weather alarms, no H1N1 flue, nothing , a normal day.
Interesting to see that artificial safety is becoming a big thing in our society.
The government bought 34.000.000 "vaccinations" against the flue. We only have 17.000.000 people in the Netherlands. (2 vaccins per person are needed) I saw our minister of the Health department declare that they are all prepared. Against ????? Of course we will see a mutation in a flue virus coming in the next 20 years, but the reaction is way over the top. (Sorry, a pause............................ I have to wash my hands now in order to keep my key board H1N1 virus free)

So I am back. Blew my nose as well and burned the tissue.
Our weather frogs from the KNMI save the insurance companies a lot of money because of the weather alarm. Sorry I do have to explain this to our foreign friends. If we, here in the Netherlands, get more than one inch of snow we gat a weather alarm. Sorry Swiss and Russians, please do NOT laugh??????
I wonder if the KNMI does realise how much damage the cause with these false alarms? Cancellations of events, hotel bookings etc.

Enough bullshit.
Today we will see some very big smiles at Teuge airport. Not only at Teuge because there will be also a surpise act somewhere. Tomorrow will be Buurse airshow and we will operate from Stadlohn. Come and watch!
By the way, Michael Goulian, is the happiest man in the States at this moment. He did win the Budapest race. Fot the first time in 4 years. The result of hard work, loads of investment and of course good flying. The 3 guys on the podium really changed the options for the future.\"\"
It was sad to see that the Algemeen Dagblad has not been able to get the spectacle and super exitement of the race accross.

(Hint for journalists: If you don\'t understand racing, you should not write about it).
