Frank was invited to give one of his key notes to the Dutch Police, (1100 criminal investigators), in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.
He compared the cultures and the communication in aviation to the Police World(s). In a very pleasant and professional atmosphere the audience listened to the positive but critical story Frank shared with the crime fighters.
After the key note Frank was complimented by the organisation.
"You put the finger exactly on the weak spots in our organisation, and, you ask the right questions!"

Straight after this key note Frank was transferredto Schiphol for his next performance for the Dutch organisation of Dentists. (NMT)
The topic was Quality in Dental profession.
Frank made the dentists look in to the mirror and look at their own performance.
With a big smile and a grinn, this sometimes did hurt! :-)

Of course this friday ended at a party with good old friend, watching France being humiliated by the Dutch soccer team. 4-1 for Holland! YEAH!
